 Lead Compliant Ages 12 and Up, February 22, 2013 This review is from: Titanic Heart of the Ocean Necklace Pendant Jewelry- Blue Swarovski Crystal (Jewelry) I did not notice anywhere on this page that this necklace is Lead Compliant for ages 12 and up. I bought this for my niece who is 7. My sister just received it in the mail today. While she said it is beautiful, she said it also has a warning that it is Lead Compliant for ages 12 and up, so unfortunately it has to go back.
